Refund & Return Policy
- All orders are subject to the celebrity schedule. We reserve the right to extend or cut short the Pre-Order window to best accommodate their schedule. If a signing is postponed by the celebrity due to professional or personal commitments, health, or an act of God, we will work to reschedule the signing for a future date as quickly as possible. Pending orders and any Send-In items that were mailed in for the signing will be held until completion.
- Should the signing be canceled by the celebrity and rescheduling is not an option (due to illness or death) a full refund will be given minus return shipping fees for Send-In items along with any non-refundable payment processing fees.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order containing Personalization’s or Quotes that may offend the celebrity.
- Send-In items are not eligible to be returned for any reason. New Pre-Ordered autographs (only non-Personalized) may be returned for a full refund minus shipping & handling fees and transaction fees within seven (7) days of receipt. Your order must be returned in mint condition just as it was received. Wholesale autographs and Personalized autographs are not eligible to be returned for any reason.
Send-In Item Policy
By adding one of our Send-In options to your cart and completing your order, you are agreeing to these additional terms & conditions:
- Labeling Your Send-In Item: For each Send-In item, you MUST have a post-it-note with your full name & order number clearly written on the back which matches your order invoice. You will also need to tag the front of your item with a post-it-note for any placement or color requests along with any Personalization’s, Character Names or Quotes.
Packing & Insurance
Please pack your Send-In item very carefully. If it’s something of value, consider packing it double-boxed or double-tubed for added protection. We recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for any packages you are sending out. We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping to our office or back to you. We will insure all packages departing from our office for the amount of your autograph purchase.
Pen, Color & Placement Requests
We will relay any specific placement or pen type/color requests to the celebrity but are not responsible for wrong placement or pen type/color being used. We will handle all items being signed with the utmost care. However, it is always a possibility that while handling and signing the item, the actor could have an accident with the pen, and/or some other damage could occur to your item. Once again, we will handle your item like it was part of our own collection, but we will not be liable for any damage during shipping, handling before, during or after the signing, any celebrity or pen mistakes, smudges, feathering, etc., a misspelled name, quote, character name and/or autograph.
Right To Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any Send-In item for any reason. We mention this to refuse any objectionable items, or any items not covered under the acceptable item list. If in doubt, please ask first before placing your order or sending your item. If you send a non-approved item, it will be returned unsigned, and only the signing fee will be refunded. Return shipping is non-refundable.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We use USPS and UPS for all Pre-Order & Send-In shipments. All packages departing from our office will be insured for the full amount of your autograph purchase. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. If your package is returned because you didn’t sign for it, if you didn’t monitor the tracking to ensure that the post office didn’t return it for failure to pick it up, or if it’s returned to us for any other reason that’s not because of our mistake, additional postage will be required to reship it to you.
International Shipping Policy
We use USPS. For some countries with a higher volume of packages going missing or being stolen, we only use Priority International, which is more expensive than First Class, but it ensures that the package is in transit for less time leaving a smaller risk of something happening to it on the way to you. If your package is returned because you didn’t sign for it, if you didn’t monitor the tracking to ensure that the post office didn’t return it for failure to pick it up, if your package is refused due to failure to pay import fees or VAT, or if it’s returned to us for any other reason that’s not because of our mistake, additional postage will be required to reship it to you.
This is still relatively new, but we have had to pay a tariff fee on some packages that have come in recently. A vast majority of packages have not had a fee though. The higher the value you place on something, the greater the chance of a tariff fee being tacked on, so if what you are sending has little or no value until after it’s signed, this should be reflected on the customs form you fill out. If we have to pay a fee to receive your package, or if we receive an invoice after we’ve already accepted your package, we’ll simply invoice you for the amount we are charged. If this fee is not paid in a timely manner, the contents of the package may not be signed and will be held pending payment of the invoice.
